Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. Other dishes are available on order and are charged at the price indicated on the breakfast card.

IS THE RIAD ACCESSIBLE BY CAR ?

Riad Mayfez Suites & Spa is located in the heart of the medina of Fez, so it is not accessible by car.
It is a 6 minute walk from Batha Square. We invite you to contact our butlers before your arrival so that we can indicate a meeting point where we will wait for you to escort you to the Riad.

I AM COMING WITH MY OWN CAR. WHAT IS THE NEAREST GARAGE ?

The nearest garage is located in Batha. The place is paying, count 30MAD.

IS THE RIAD ADAPTED TO PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY ?

We are sorry, but the Riad Mayfez Suites & Spa is not adapted to people with reduced mobility.

MY FLIGHT ARRIVES EARLY, WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK IN ?

You are welcome at Riad Mayfez Suites & Spa at any time.
Rooms are available from 3:00 pm and you can check in earlier if they are ready. If not, you can put your luggage down and enjoy the hotel’s facilities.

DOES THE RIAD OFFER A TRANSFER SERVICE ?

Yes, Riad Mayfez Suites & Spa offers this service. The airport transfer is charged 225 MAD.
But we can also organize transfers to and from all cities in Morocco. For more information contact us.

CAN I SMOKE IN THE RIAD ?

It is forbidden to smoke in the rooms except on the terraces. Any offender will have to pay a supplement of 500MAD for smoking inside the room.
The rest of the Riad Mayfez Suites & Spa remains smoking.
